Rosedale - Austin TX
Rosedale is a small neighborhood situated in north central Austin. Its borders are North Loop south to 38th Street, and Shoal Creek East to Lamar Boulevard. Rosedale was established in the 1860’s by dairy farmers. Most of the homes in Rosedale were built in the 1930's and 1940's, but there are some new builds as well. The neighborhood consists of about 1200 homes of all varieties. Homes range in price from the low 300’s to just under 700. If you are looking for a remodel project or just looking to live in a truly unique area, Rosedale could be right for you. A little bit south you will find Brykerwoods, and Hyde Park. These neighborhoods have a lot of the same features as Rosedale with their different twists.
